I had almost a 5 pound boneless pork roast so I used 1 1/2 times the remaining ingredients. The roast was so juicy, tender, and flavorful. No need to use a knife to slice it because it fell apart easily it was so tender. The sauce had a bbq flavor that went well with the pork roast. Served with Recipe #374228 by Debbwl but would also be wonderful with mashed potatoes and the juices made into gravy. Thank you again sweetie for another keeper!
