My husband always want pork chops he can cut with a fork. This is my easiest recipe and you can vary the seasoning, etc. I can have this in the oven in 5 minutes. Awesome each time. Very easy and QUICK!

This pork recipe had a very good flavor, but the meat was very tough. I used center cut pork chops that were 1/2 inch thick, I think 90 minutes was to long to cook the pork. I checked for tenderness after 45 minutes of cooking, the pork was over cooked and very tough.

I made 1/2 the recipe and the chops were tender and very tasty. I served them with rice to soak up the sauce. Thanks for a great easy recipe Felina! Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
