Oh my. These were wonderful. I had made them once before, but the grill operator burned them to a crisp. This time, we cooked them as directed in the oven and then put them in the smoker for an hour. They were incredible. MommyMakes, thank you for this recipe!!
Very, very tender. However, way too spicy. I really think you can cut down on the hot sauce. Otherwise, very good & I'll tweak the ingredients next time.
The recipe was as easy as it promised and they were the best ribs I've ever made!!
So easy and so good... My new bb ribs recipe, thanks
Superbowl Sunday FAVE: I was looking to make oven ribs, first time ever.. I got a rib rub at whole foods and put some sticky fingers bbq sauce on them and set them overnight in the fridge.. I bakes them in foil for 4.5 hrs at 275, then drained all the fat out and broiled for 5 min, These we soo good they were better than a restaurant..the is a wonderful easy perfect recipe..Thank you
Excellent ribs! DH has taken to eating his ribs with the dry rub only and I like them with a light baste of BBQ sauce. This recipe worked for both of us. I did cut back on the heat and was told in no uncertain terms, to make this recipe as written next time. These are already on the menu for next week. Thank you for sharing MommyMakes.
Super simple, super yummy! I don't usually like ribs but I LOVE these. They are just the right combination of spice, fall off the bone tender and crunchy on the outside. The only thing I omitted was the Jalepeno salt.... just didn't have any on hand. Thanks for this great recipe!
This recipe was fantastic!
WOW!!! What a great and easy recipe...My DH and I have never been able to cook ribs like the pros, but now we can!!Thanks for a wonderful melt in your mouth rib recipe.Followed it to the tee and ribs were great. My 13 yr.old son only eats Damon's ribs in Myrtle Beach SC and he said these were the BOMB(AWESOME)Thanks again!
This recipe was awsome! I have a smoker and this is by far better than any ribs I have ever made before! They were so tender and juicy. We had to eat them with a fork. Followed the recipe just as directed except I didn't have lime juice or tabasco sauce. I used lemon juice instead and skipped the tabasco sauce. They stuck to the grill a little. Next time I will oil it better. My husband wants me to make these again tonight! The nice thing about this recipe is that when we have a lot of people over, we can leave some in their pouches until we need them. They hold very well. I think the next time I make these I will experiment by substituting liquid smoke for the Worcestershire sauce. Very easy. Bravo to the chef of this recipe!
