Very, very tender. However, way too spicy. I really think you can cut down on the hot sauce. Otherwise, very good & I'll tweak the ingredients next time.
Oh my. These were wonderful. I had made them once before, but the grill operator burned them to a crisp. This time, we cooked them as directed in the oven and then put them in the smoker for an hour. They were incredible. MommyMakes, thank you for this recipe!!
A+A+A+A+A+ I left off the Tabasco but used everything else. My family said they were the best ribs they had ever eaten in their lives. Superb. Thanks for the great recipe.
Great recipe. I used a honey bbq sauce and it offset the tang perfectly. My family is in love with this recipe. They have asked for ribs 3 weekends in a row.
The recipe was as easy as it promised and they were the best ribs I've ever made!!
So easy and so good... My new bb ribs recipe, thanks

Excellent ribs! DH has taken to eating his ribs with the dry rub only and I like them with a light baste of BBQ sauce. This recipe worked for both of us. I did cut back on the heat and was told in no uncertain terms, to make this recipe as written next time. These are already on the menu for next week. Thank you for sharing MommyMakes.
Super simple, super yummy! I don't usually like ribs but I LOVE these. They are just the right combination of spice, fall off the bone tender and crunchy on the outside. The only thing I omitted was the Jalepeno salt.... just didn't have any on hand. Thanks for this great recipe!
This recipe was fantastic!
