  1. Drain tuna. Flake tuna and combine with the eggs, garlic, parsley, cheese, and onion.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 6 equal patties.
  4. Coat patties with bread crumbs.
  5. Sauté in hot oil until golden.
  6. Gently turn and cook other side until golden.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
