It was a cold night in St. Augustine, Fl. when I made this one up. I was working as a cocktail waitress at a place called Scarlet O'Hara's and was responsible for the front porch customers. Needless to say I had to think of some way to keep warm! The name came easily, it makes you feel warm and fuzzy just like a teddy bear.
- 8 ounces hot cocoa (hot chocolate)
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1⁄4 cup whipped cream
- green creme de menthe
- .Pour vodka & Kahlua into a coffee cup.
- Pour in hot cocoa.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with green creme de menthe.
Oh yum! This was so good and quite smooth. Everything worked well together, but I think it's the creme de menthe that really topped it off for me. It's the perfect beverage to warm up after a cold day in the snow.
