For a quick glass of iced tea, keep tea syrup on hand.
- Pour 1 quart boiling water over 1 1/2 oz. tea and let stand 3 hours.
- Bring to boil 1 pint water and 1 lb. sugar; boil 2 minutes.
- Add to tea.
- Bottle your syrup and keep in fridge.
- When ready for a glass of iced tea, fix a glass of ice water and add tea syrup to desired strength.
