Loved the combination of flavours in this recipe! I personally would use more honey next time as I like things sweet. Thanks for a healthy, unusual dessert! Made for ZWT6.

So soothing, subtle, and exquisite. Neither clementines nor mandarin oranges were available at my store, so I used minneolas and substituted agave nectar for the honey. This is so relaxing and enjoyable as a mid-afternoon snack and one that I can even make at the office. Thanks, FloridaNative! Made for ZWT6, diabetic challenge for team Unrulies Under the Influence.

I used tinned clementines for this as fresh are unavailable. A lovely dessert that is sophisticated enough to serve after a dinner party - so pretty. The honey and cardamom black tea dressing is sublime with the juices released by the clementines.
