I am not zen but I love tea. This is my recipe for high brain performance and feeding my body.
- 4 tablespoons all-bran cereal
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 6 ice cubes
- 10 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1⁄8 teaspoon ground allspice
- Mix everything in blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
- Note: You can use soy protein powder or whey protein powder. Also regarding the soy milk, I prefer soy milk fortified with calcium for extra benefits.
