Green Tea, Chamomile, and dry milk make this a very soothing bath mix. Chamomile flowers can be found in the bulk mexican herb section of your market or simply use commercialy packaged chamomile tea.

- 1 cup dry milk
- 1⁄2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons green tea leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried chamomile
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor till mixture is a fine powder.
- Store in a glass container.
- Add 2 tablespoons to your hot bath water.
I've made and used this a couple of times now and it's very nice indeed. I have dry skin and this seems to help, it feels so nice when you get out of the tub and towel off, kind of silky. I like it! :D
What I loved best about this bath mixture was that it was not overly scented! I have such sensitive skin and this was so refreshing and just made my skin feel so much smoother. It is relaxing and really helped remove tension I had in my back. I'll be treating myself more often now as I had gotten into the habit of quick showers always and now I have a reason to stop and enjoy a lingering bath using this mix. Made for 123 Hits and will be made more often (after I use up what I still have left - another really nice bonus!!)
Very nice! My husband enjoyed it too. It's lightly scented and felt nice and smooth. Thanks! :D
