  • Dissolve gelatin in hot tea.
  • Drain and reserve juices from oranges and pineapple. Add 1 cup of reserved juices to gelatin. (Add orange juice to equal if not enough fruit juices). Stir well.
  • Chill until gelatin becomes thick. Add water chestnuts, oranges, and pineapple.
  • Spoon into well oiled molds.
  • Refrigerate until set.
