A spice rub used at a favourite local restaurant. They use it on Pork but it can be used on any meat. I've also used it when making hashbrowns.

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

This is an excellent rub. I used it on chicken. I especially like that it has no salt or sugar in it, which so many rubs are heavy on! Great flavor, and looking forward to trying it on salmon!
