    Directions:

      Blend together salt,pepper, and 1/2 of the herbs.

      Rub mixture on both sides of tuna steak.
    3. 3
      Place in 9x9 baking dish.

      With the remaining cilantro, oil, wine, and lemon juice - pour over steaks.

      Cover and marinate for 24 hours.

      Saute tuna in skillet about 6 minutes per side.

      Serve.
