Another variation of mine based loosely on the sauce from Paula Deen's Gator Tators.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup pickle relish
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Mix all ingredients well (no streaks).
- Serve with french fries, tator tots, hotdogs, and/or hamburgers.
