Really good. My husband and I have one half with cream of mushroom and the other half with cream of chicken.

We tried this last night,and loved it !!! I love it because you can put just about anything in it and its still tasty. We used cream of chicken soup in ours only change was the size of the can instead of two 15 ounce cans I substituted 1 26 ounce family size can and it was just enough soup. I never thought about putting the tots on top for more crunch...maybe next time!!!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package tater tots
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Directions

  1. Line 13x9 inch casserole dish with tator tots.
  2. Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Put hamburger on top of totor tots.
  4. Put soup on top of hamburger and top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minute.
