  1. We enjoyed this - it was very simple to make too. There was something missing though. I think next time I will add some garlic, maybe some worcestershire sauce. Also I used monterey jack cheese since that is what I had. We thought the cheese went well, but I will try it with cheddar next time. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  2. I was watching my friends kids and wanted to fix them something fun to eat. Personally, I thought this was very good and it was a huge hit with the kids! Very easy to fix. I also added a bit of garlic powder while browning the beef. Thanks!

  3. This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Next time I would add some garlic along with the onion. I also would add a bit of the cheddar to the soup mixture and top it with more cheese. Good, easy dinner that is made with ingredients I normally have on hand. Made for Fall PAC 2008.

  4. My husband and I liked this casserole, but when I made it, I used 1-1/2 lbs. of the ground beef, (plus the onion) 2 cans of the cream of mushroom soup. I also added 1-(32 ounce) bag of the tater tots, and topped it with (10 ounces) of cheddar, but next time I'm thinking of using a taco flavored cheese, or Mexican cheese, or possibly a pepper-jack cheese, to add a bit more flavor to the dish. I placed the ingredients in a greased (13x9-inch) baking pan, and baked this in the oven for 30 minutes. Thanx for the recipe Tasses, it was good!
