A fresh salsa that is simple to make and can be used on anything from eggs to tacos

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, firm to the touch
  • 2 -3 jalapenos, seeded if you prefer a mild salsa
  • 12 cup white onion
  • 18 cup cilantro
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • salt

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes in a medium dice.
  2. cut the jalapenos in a small dice remove seeds if you want a mild salsa.
  3. mince the white onion.
  4. chop the cilantro.
  5. add all ingredients into a serving bowl.
  6. stir to combine.
  7. add the juice of 1 lemon and salt to taste.
  8. stir once more.
  9. refrigerate until chilled.
  10. serve with chips.
  11. or use on eggs, tacos, steaks, chicken or whatever you like !
  12. enjoy !
