These were delicious burgers Manda. My family and I thought they were very tasty indeed. I only added some salt and pepper. A very lean and healthy meal Thanks for sharing this.

Great burgers! I omitted the liquid pepper seasoning, and added liquid smoke. The burgers were moist and tender. My 9 year old son loved them! This will be a go to for busy weeknight meals. Thanks!

i felt that these were really bland for all the great ingredients that went into them! i also did not care for the consistancy of the burgers..they almost were like a meatloaf not a burger!

I've made this recipe a number of times. The burgers are great on the grill.

I made these burgers for the first time yesterday and cooked them in a cast iron skill. One of the best tasting burgers I've ever made turkey or otherwise. Although I did have to make some slight variations based on what I had in the kitchen. I didn't have any lemon juice, so I added 1/4 cup of applesause and I didn't have any Worcestershire sause, so I left it out. I also added an egg to help hold it together.

Followed exactly. They were moist but strange. I LOVE turkey and chicken burgers but these had a strange taste that I can only attribute to the worcestershire and maybe the soy. DH would not eat them at all.

I really wanted to like this, but I guess it just didn't fit my taste. I couldn't even make it through one burger. In addition, even though the outside looked well cooked the inside was pink (probably my fault, but a problem none the less) and I had to finish cooking them in the microwave.

I thought that with all the ingredients, this burger would come out tasting yummy. My family couldn't stand the taste of the burger consider the turkey takes on whatever ingredient you add. It was awful and almost meatloaf like. I'd rather just add salt and pepper at this point. My son who love burgers with passion HATED it. Sorry.

These turkey burgers are a super, juicy alternative to beef burgers -- and healthier! I've made these a few times and everyone loves them. Add a slice of cheese for the last few minutes of grilling. Like Manda, I make large batches and freeze them for easy summer barbecues. For a reliable result, regardless of freezing, it's best to let the patties sit and get almost to room temperature rather than fridge temperature before grilling. If they're too cold in the middle, you will need to cook them more slowly and then you will more likely lose the possibility of a nice, crispy searing.

Awesome burgers! Omitted the soy sauce; added extra garlic, parsley, pepper, Liquid Smoke; only used 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs (glad I did); substituted dried minced onions and TrueLemon powder. Excited to have these again in our lunches tomorrow. Thanks so much!

Very moist and flavorful, but next time I'll add less breadcrumbs. The burgers had almost a meatloaf-y consistency, which was a little different than I expected. Still, very good!

Yummy. We didn't use the red pepper liquid but was wonderful. My husband was unsure if he'd like it (he's a beef burger guy) but he loved it. Thanks we will add to our favorites.

These burgers surprised me. I am used to only using ground beef. This burger changed my mind and now I am open to trying other varieties of Turkey burgers. The seasoning was spot on and it wasn't dried out but very moist. Will definitely try again.

I won't need to make beef burgers ever again! This recipe is incredibly tasty. Only changes I made were to reduce the breadcrumbs to 1/4 cup, substitute liquid smoke for hot sauce, added salt, and made 4 1/4-lb patties. We will make these often - thanks!

Too lazy to mince garlic so I just added a dash of garlic powder. Didn't add the red pepper seasoning and for the breadcrumbs, I just toasted 2 bread ends and put it through a food processor to get a little over 1/2 cup. No lemon juice so I subbed it with lime. Sauteed the onions for about 10 minutes and mixed it into the raw meat to ensure they don't taste too raw. After turning off the heat I placed American cheese slices and let them melt before added them to the burgers. Thanks for a great recipe!
