I was halfway through marinating the fillets when I discovered I was out of horseradish. I am NEVER out of horseradish. But...I did have some packets of Arby's Horsey Sauce! LOL I figured they were pretty close. The fish was excellent tasting, and melted in our mouths. I'll definitely be making it again with the right sauce.

This was simply wonderful! Easy and quick to prepare, healthy entree that tastes delicious! What more could you ask? I will try this with other fish also, e.g. halibut, cod and turbot.

Lovely flavours in this dish, I used Gurnard fillets as we cant buy Tilapia here. The mayo mix is a perfect addition. Great recipe.
