This is actually a recipe I have had for many years at camp when I would cook over a fire. Just recently I tried it in the oven and it worked really well, so here it is! ENJOY!

Super easy and delicious! I used an assortment of baby white, red and purple potatoes for color and reduced cooking time until browned and tender. I've used these potatoes as sides for 2 dishes I've made in the past week. Thanks for sharing! It was a definite hit in my household! :)
