300 g pitted black olives
6 anchovy fillets
59.16 ml capers
1 garlic clove, chopped
100 ml olive oil
14.79 ml lemon juice

14.79 ml of fresh flat leaf parsley
salt and pepper

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend into a coarse paste. Taste and season with salt and pepper as required. Store in refrigerator.
