- 1⁄4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (I use white or apple cider)
- 1 large garlic clove, minced (or pressed)
- 2 -4 tablespoons water, add more as needed

- Combine all ingredients in a medium glass jar. Screw on the lid tightly before shaking it well! If you let it sit about 10 minutes before serving, you'll find it thickens up and you may need to add more water.
- Drizzle it over lots of stuff and bon appetit!
