From Favorite Seafood Recipes of the Eastern Shore. Only 3 "staple" ingredients and the fish fillets! "Quick and easy" comes to mind.
- Preheat broiler.
- Wash and dry your fish and place in a greased broiling pan.
- In a small saucepan mix and heat the ketchup, mayonnaise and soy sauce.
- Pour over the fish and broil 3-5 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes.
Really good simple recipe. The sauce added a subtle flavor but still really let the flavor of the fish shine through.
I loved this! I thought the 3 sauce ingredients blended together great and made the fish taste fabulous. Quick, easy and awesome!
