Tasty & easy chicken and stuffing

"The prepared stuffing keeps the chicken nice and moist, which can be hard to do in the crock pot! I don't add any additional seasonings because the stuffing takes care of that too! Hope you like :)"

  1. This is by far the easiest crockpot chicken recipe I've ever tried! I tossed in frozen thighs, along with the stuffing, and cream o' chicken soup, and, voila!! Neat recipe, R...Thanks for sharing.

  2. Wish I could give this more than five stars! How can anything so easy be so good. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

  3. Hi Bekah! I made this the other day and DS loved it. I haven't tried it yet, as I'm into fish at the moment, but he says 5 stars Mom!!

  4. My only complaint isn't with the recipe--I should have used thigh meat instead of breast. The breast meat is dry, even in the crockpot. This couldn't have been easier. My finicky kids liked it. I tend to like boxed stuffing, too, so I enjoyed it. I used a "regular" sized box of stove-top stuffing and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Wish they gave the nutritional info for this recipe, though! Thanks Bekah.

  5. Excellent. DH gobbled this up. It didn't specify what size stuffing package; I had a canister so I made enough for 6 servings. I added a smidgeon (less than 1/4 cup) more of water, b/c the soup mixture seemed a tad thick, and I used low-sodium cream of mushroom soup. Cooked right about 6 hour -- the chicken was moist & delicious, & you're right about not needing any seasoning! This was sooo flavorful and a real snap to make! Thanks!!
