For this easy go-to recipe, I used 1 1/4 pounds ground meat, almost double the onions, and an 8" square dish for baking. My family was rewarded with a quick, but satisfying weeknight meal. Thank you for sharing! Made for PAC Fall 2009.
This is really good! I added more onions before cooking the meat (instead of after), and added the cheese after cooking (instead of before) but followed the other directions. I recommend this as something different than regular old tacos!
This dish is exactly what the name says, TASTY! We liked it very much and it is so easy to throw together. I liked the fact that I already had all the ingredients on hand. I will definately make this again. Made for PAC Spring 09.
I made this for lunch today and it was very tasty. The flavors were exactly what I was hoping for. I used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar and I used Cornbread for the cornbread and Fajita Seasoning Mix instead of taco seasoning. It all turned out really well. Thanks for sharing.
