This was so easy to make and the chicken came out so moist and tender. I poked the chicken breasts with a fork and sealed it in with the marinade in an air-tight vaccum sealer overnight. I put the sealed bag in hot water under very low flame (not boiling). When it was almost cooked about 30 minutes, I cut the bag open and tranfered chicken to the broiler and poured the marinade on top. Mmm, mmm Yuuummy!!!

This was easy and excellent. I liked the idea of putting it all in the food processor for a quick and good mix. I halved the recipe for just 2 breasts. I needed a good marinade for the chicken I was going to sautee in a skillet for chicken pot pie recipe #42877 and this produced the most tender, flavorful, rich chicken! I did use half mayo and half sour cream as I'm not a huge mayo fan. I also had to use prepared brown mustard because I didn't have dry on hand. I used dried onions instead of powder, and italian seasoning instead of basil. This was a really great marinade and is super versatile! Thanks...
