This was so easy to make and the chicken came out so moist and tender. I poked the chicken breasts with a fork and sealed it in with the marinade in an air-tight vaccum sealer overnight. I put the sealed bag in hot water under very low flame (not boiling). When it was almost cooked about 30 minutes, I cut the bag open and tranfered chicken to the broiler and poured the marinade on top. Mmm, mmm Yuuummy!!!
This was easy and excellent. I liked the idea of putting it all in the food processor for a quick and good mix. I halved the recipe for just 2 breasts. I needed a good marinade for the chicken I was going to sautee in a skillet for chicken pot pie Chicken Pot Pie and this produced the most tender, flavorful, rich chicken! I did use half mayo and half sour cream as I'm not a huge mayo fan. I also had to use prepared brown mustard because I didn't have dry on hand. I used dried onions instead of powder, and italian seasoning instead of basil. This was a really great marinade and is super versatile! Thanks...
This was easy to make. I mixed it up and but seven boneless chicken breasts in the mixture overnight. I then grilled the breasts. We enjoyed this and thought they were very moist. My husband thought they could have had more flavor but I thought they were perfect.
Hands down! One of the best chicken marinades I have used off of food.com! I marinated some chicken breasts for about 24 hours and grilled them. It was very tender and juicy! Thanks for posting!
Wow!! I used this marinade for chicken breasts that I made on a skillet and they came out so juicy and tender... my bf even called me to tell me that they were amazing (he took some to work). I will definitely make this often. Thanks!!
This is the BEST chicken marinade I have ever had! I sliced the chicken breasts in half lengthwise so we had thin breast halves and I placed them in a ziplock bag with the marinade overnight before having my hubby grill them for dinner the next day. Thanks for a superb recipe that we will use over and over!
Good for something different, but my family's favorite.
We loved this Chicken recipie! Easy, and flavorfull. I used the new Olive Oil Light Mayonaise, it was yummy! We will be making this again!
I'm giving it a 4 b/c my picky 6yr old ate it and said she'd eat it again. Hubby said "pretty good". I only marinated it about 3 hours and you could tell the flavor had penetrated. Also, stabbed the chix with a fork to help get the flavor in the chicken. Baked them. Mext time might try putting them on the Foreman grill. Both said it's a keeper:)
