Very healthy and very tasty. Your kids will never drink any other yogurt shake. Five six and seven year olds can probably make it.
- 100 ml skim milk
- 100 ml blueberry yogurt
- Scoop yogurt into cup.
- Pour in milk.
- Mix well and Enjoy.
DD didn't like this at all, one sip and she was done. Sorry, we won't be making this again unless we doctor it up.
