      This one is really excellent. We are all sick yet I can feel the vitamin C coarsing through my veins! LOL Seriously, this is a different and tasty smoothie and a great way to use the extra bag of frozen cranberries in the freezer. I used stonyfield farm fat free french vanilla yogurt and added a half cup skim milk (after I asked the chef how much milk too add). My orange was not very sweet so I needed a pretty big shake of splenda, but I really enjoyed this one. Different than traditional smoothies due to the cranberries. Oh, and I used a frozen banana to add a little more creaminess. Thanks Phil.
