Taste of the Orient Beef Marinade

- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 4 beef steaks (about 8 oz each)
directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the steaks). Set aside 3/4 cup for basting later.
- Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable bag and add the steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes (mine stayed in over four hours).
- Drain and discard the marinade. Grill steaks over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side until meat reaches your desired temperature (medium is 160F); basting with reserved marinade as you grill.
