I love the sauce from this recipe and I have used it on Pork ribs and chicken and it is finger licking good. I use apricot preserve instead of plum as I wasn't able to find plum the first time I went shopping :)
Place ribs in two ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes; drain.

In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for serving.

Brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until ribs are tender, turning and basting frequently with remaining sauce. Serve with reserved sauce.
We enjoyed this teriyaki type recipe. The country ribs were tender and flavourful. I used apricot preserves as that is what I had on hand but I do think the plum would be best and will try that next time. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
