A healthy and delicious taste of fall with apples and cinnamon
- Peel and core apples. Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. I drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.
Although I pretty much followed your recipe, I also needed either ice cubes (which I almost never use in smoothies) or something frozen for a frosty chill, so I used 2 frozen bananas since this was for the 2 of us! I did include all the other ingredients, though, & used some very delicious Ambrosia apples for this great tasting smoothie! Thanks for posting the recipe!
