A healthy and delicious taste of fall with apples and cinnamon


  1. Peel and core apples. Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. I drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy.

Although I pretty much followed your recipe, I also needed either ice cubes (which I almost never use in smoothies) or something frozen for a frosty chill, so I used 2 frozen bananas since this was for the 2 of us! I did include all the other ingredients, though, & used some very delicious Ambrosia apples for this great tasting smoothie! Thanks for posting the recipe!
