This was a nice way to use less sugar in a dessert for my husband. I made it exactly as called for except my oven broke...so into my Farberware crock pot (this is a true SLOW cooker) it went, and came out PERFECT. My apples were pink ladies. Thanks so much!
This is just what I was looking for -- to substitute out most sugar with Stevia, but still keep the taste and texture. Thank you for sharing this!
