  1. Thoroughly stir mustard into the water and allow to stand for 30 minutes in a saucepan.
  2. Add the remaining and bring to a simmer and stir for about 4 more minutes.
  3. Once the mixture has thickened, allow it to cool.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next day remove from the refrigerator and whisk until smooth.
  6. Store in a glass jar under refrigeration.
