This was really really nice! I wish I could give it 4.5 stars =). The discount is not for the taste but for the recipe posting - it's very vague. I served this with brown rice and found that they could cook for about the same length of time. So, around 40 minutes. I brought the lentils and spices to a boil, then turned the heat down to a simmer and cooked them covered, stirring occasionally to they didn't burn on the bottom. The flavor was really nice. Thanks very much for posting!
