This is a great topping for many dishes, especially chicken shawarma!
- 1⁄2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 -3 tablespoons water
- 5 g parsley (chopped)
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove crushed garlic (optional)
- Mix all the above ingredients together, except the parsley.
- Keep stirring till you get a nice smooth sauce, add the chopped parsley and serve.
