These have to marinate overnight to let the flavors meld. They are so worth the time. This is another recipe I learned when I was knee-high to the microwave. Most of the ingredients you already have in the cupboard ('cept buttermilk)Please try it and let me know your thoughts!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken into 1/2" strips.
  3. Combine next 9 ingredients; add chicken and mix well.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.
  5. Drain chicken.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  7. Toss chicken to coat.
  8. Place chicken in baking dish; pour melted butter over top.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (or till juices run clear).
