I typically use bread instead of potatoes (the breadcrumb type bread -- where it is not soft anymore) but had heard of using potatoes. Honestly it was a different taste from my Yia Yia's normal recipe (from what has been made for me), but was excellent in the same token! Thanks for posting for this takes much less time!

  1. Mash the tarama the potatoes and the onion.
  2. Beat the mix until very soft and creamy.
  3. Add the olive oil and lemon juice together very slowly while mixing.
  4. Serve with olives.
