This was so easy and delicious! Followed the recipe and came out perfect! I've bookmarked this recipe and will make at least once a week!

Delicious; I cooked 1/2 cups raisins in 1/2 cup water a few minutes to plump up, drained, and added to the pudding. I will surely make this again :)

I love Tapioca pudding and also use this recipe. However, I cook it in the microwave - much quicker and easier. It takes about six minuites in mine - stirring every couple minutes.

This is my favorite recipe.....made it for years. It's easy & tasty & lends it self to the addition of many extras, raisins, nuts, dried cranberries. Just try one. Thanks for posting it as I thought I had lost this forever.

This is one of our favorite desserts and so quick to whip up. I love it with lots of Cool Whip on top. Tastes great!

Sooooooo good--classic comfort food!! My dad used to make this when I was a kid, and I love it now as much as I did then! The recipe is perfect the way it is--no changes (I tried using brown sugar once, but it overpowered the delicate vanilla flavor). A copy of this recipe will always be in my cookbook! Thanks for posting it UnknownChef86!!

MMM! So smooth and creamy! I made with whole milk. I like how this recipe is basically done in one step and you don't have to separate the eggs. Now I have to be patient while it cools...

THIS IS AMAZING - I got 5 parfait glasses out of this. I used whole milk for extra creamy goodness. Thanks for a keeper!

Served warm, served cold, served at room temperature-it doesn't get any better than this. For storing, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding to avoid that funky film that develops. Beat the egg well until frothy before adding to the other ingredients. Served with real whipped cream and a whole raspberry (previously frozen from summer pickings). Delish!

I made this earlier this week and will make it again tonite. It's off the box of instant tapioca, and I always do it the same, but it's just not as good as the tapioca that my neighbor used to make for me when I was little (ummm, that's about 57 years ago). I haven't figured out what she did, but until I do, this works well when you want tapioca.

Yep, this is a goody. I usually substitute half a teaspoon of cardamom for the vanilla when I make it and it is DEElicious. Even better the next day if you have leftovers.

Ohhhhhhh YUM :) This really hit the spot! Although unlike Elmotoo, it wasn't sweet enough for us, so next time I will increase the sugar. I also used half milk, half evaporated canned milk. It was delicious! Thanks!!!

Perfect! it was a smidge sweet for my tastes. I loved that it was so fast & easy. I think I prefer the long cooking tapioca better but if you're short on time, this is THE way to go! I doubled this & still didn't get any. Thanks UC!

This has been my favorite recipe for Tapioca pudding for years. On the back of the Minute Tapioca box, it is always convenient and makes the perfect pudding. Creamy, smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness, this tapioca pudding is sure to please all pudding lovers. I'm glad to see this recipe on Zaar. In case the recipe on the back of the box ever changes, I will always know where to find it! Thanks, UnknownChef86 : )
