Serve warm or cold--either way it's sure to please!
- Mix sugar, tapioca, milk, & egg in saucepan.
- Let stand at least 5 minutes, stirring constantly over med heat till it comes to a full boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla; stir.
- Let sit 15-20 minutes for warm pudding.
We all loved it. I added 5 drops of vanilla essence instead of the tablespoon. I found the pudding did not set. Not sure if that was my cooking or maybe it was suppose to be more like a custard. Thanks again for such a yummy treat.
Very, very good - but super sweet. I will definitely make this again but will decrease the sugar a bit.
I enjoyed this warm, my husband thought it was to die for!
