We all loved it. I added 5 drops of vanilla essence instead of the tablespoon. I found the pudding did not set. Not sure if that was my cooking or maybe it was suppose to be more like a custard. Thanks again for such a yummy treat.

  1. Mix sugar, tapioca, milk, & egg in saucepan.
  2. Let stand at least 5 minutes, stirring constantly over med heat till it comes to a full boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add vanilla; stir.
  5. Let sit 15-20 minutes for warm pudding.
