Wow, I wish I could give you 10*'s this dish was fantastic. So quick and easy to make, with terrific results, excellent flavors and textures. The spices and seasonings were spot on, making this dish so memorable. Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. It was delicious served over spagettini noodles. Thank you for sharing your recipe, now a new family favorite. Made in 2014.... Kudos on going into my Best of Cookbook for 2014.

This is definitely a winning recipe. I LOVE the flavorful sauce. Slicing the shrimp in half was strange, but the result was cool- the shrimp curled up and looked like little calamari rings. Served over udon noodles.

Wowza! This recipe is fabulous. It is spicy and full of flavor. I love the spaghetti noodles addition, because they are great with the sauce. I wasn't sure about slicing all the shrimp in half, but it worked very nicely. This great recipe heads into my best-of-the-best file. Thank you!

What an amazing dish...we just loved it...I cut the recipe in half...but doubled the chili paste for extra heat...it was spot on...this is a keeper...loved...loved...loved...it...not sure why some photo's show such a vibrant red...when mine is so pale...I guess my coconut milk was too white...but who cares...made for "Best of 2014" tag game...=)

I must admit, I thought the way the shrimp was sliced appeared a bit odd. But, who cares? It tasted fantastic. I made this exactly as posted, although my shrimp marinated for a couple of hours. I used 31/40 (large) size. I also did use the thin whole wheat spaghetti, and think I would have preferred a thicker pasta (maybe regular spaghetti?). I also think this would be equally good on rice, if that's your preference. Made for Best of 2014 Tag Game.

I loved the use of pasta here instead of rice - worked perfectly with the flavors. I did end up adding about 2T soy sauce to the sauce as I found it a tad too sweet. Ended up delicious in the end. Thanks!
