  1. Heat cooker and add oil.
  2. Brown chops.
  3. Combine seasonings, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion and water.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Sprinkle olives over top.
  6. close cover securely.
  7. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
  8. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
  9. Remove meat, thicken gravy if desired.

Great recipe although I think it was a little bland (but could have been because I halved ingredients.) I also added diced potato and sweet potato, I think next time I might add a bit of cumin aswell. Overall a good pressure cooker recipe I will definately try again.
