Great Recipe! A wee bit too tangy for my family. I put one teaspoon of sugar to tone it down a bit. Good garlic flavor and blends well on a salad. Thanks Susang for sharing! Prepared as a participant in the November 2008 Tex-Mex Event in the Cooking Photo Forum.
