  1. Place potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine potatoes, yogurt and margarine.
  3. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
  4. Mix in green onion; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
