- 118.29 ml red onion, chopped
- 118.29 ml celery, chopped
- 78.78 ml Italian dressing
- 59.14 ml light mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml oregano, chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
directions
- In a pot, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil. Cook 8 minutes or till tender. Drain and rinse.
- In a bowl, blend next 5 ingredients. Add potatoes and eggs; toss to coat.
