  1. Blend egg, vinegar, salt, mustard, cayenne and paprika together.
  2. Pour in slowly, 1/2 of oil and lemon juice, and then pour in remaining oil.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Store in refrigerator.

Thanks so much for posting. I was running low on Miracle Whip and my husband wanted macaroni salad, and I found this recipe. I love it, reminded me more of mayo than salad dressing, (which is my preference) I may add abit more vinegar, and some sugar to it to tweek it to taste more like Miracle whip. Saved the day. I"ll update if it works.
