Directions

  1. In skillet, brown chops in hot oil, for 5 minuts on each side.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Put chops on serving platter.
  5. Spoon sauve over.

I am amazed that this recipe has been untried for so long. This is a great way to use up leftover cranberry sauce. Tastes so good, and is so easy to make.
