  1. Slice cucumbers thin into a colander. Sprinkle with salt and toss.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
  3. Chop tomatoes and onion and combine with cucumber in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together in another bowl oil, honey, celery salt, basil, mustard, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne.
  5. Pour over cucumber mixture and chill for several hours.
  6. Use slotted spoon to serve.
