- 118.29 ml mayonnaise (recipe calls for Miracle Whip salad dressing, but I prefer mayo)
- 2 eggs
- 1.23-2.46 ml cayenne pepper
- 248.05 g can whole kernel corn, well drained
- 240.97 g package corn, muffing mix
- 113.39 g can mild green chilies, chopped and well drained
- 118.29 ml green onion, chopped
- 78.78 ml red bell pepper, chopped
directions
- Mix mayonnaise (or salad dressing), eggs, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix just until moistened. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
