- 29.58 ml butter
- 29.58 ml flour
- 236.59 ml tomato juice
- 453.59 g can stewed tomatoes
- 340.19 g whole kernel corn, drained
- 59.14 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 1.23 ml onion powder
- 0.25 ml hot pepper sauce
directions
- Sauté celery in butter.
- Blend in flour.
- Gradually add tomato juice; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
